What is your PostgreSQL centered product?
We use the community version self-compiled PostgreSQL DB.
What makes your company a great place to work?
It is fun, our work is challenging, good friendly atmosphere, we build most things from scratch, 100% open source dedicated shop, huge business, maritime/shipping is endless, we take pride of what we have accomplished and we hold PostgreSQL very high in this regard.
Which feature is missing in PostgreSQL?
We think that the planner/optimizer could/should be improved, and also, we would like a solid middle ware for connection pooling + cache + SQL router / load balancing for read only queries (kind of pgbouncer / pgpool combined into one), + backup/restore (e.g. pgbackrest) to be somehow available to the core community product.
